Can I pay cash on delivery?

How long does Shipping take?

Shipping takes place within 2-3 working days after your payment has Reflectd into our Bank Account.
Can I get a Refund or Exchange for a product I've already purchased?

We strictly DO NOT offer any Refunds, and unfortunately for health reasons we Do Not allow you to exchange products i.e Waist Wrapp for a smaller/bigger size or different colour. Please make sure you've ordered the correct sizes by using the Size Guide chart to measure yourself.
Do the Waist Wrapps come in different colours?

Yes. Please refere to our catelog for all the available colours. We can make specific colours on request shopuld you require any colour outside our existing catelog, please note this will take approximately 7-14 days to get the waist rapp to you.
What sizes do the Waist Wrapps come in?
