Can I get a Refund or Exchange for a product I've already purchased?At Waist Wrapp SA - We take pride in offering high-quality shapewear designed to boost your confidence and comfort. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on shapewear items. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags intact. Any items showing signs of use, damage, or with removed tags will not be eligible for exchange. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away, and we will assist you with an exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and dry cleaning costs if needed,We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item’s safe return. The exchange policy does not apply to seamless items. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Do the Waist Wrapps come in different colours?Yes. Please refere to our catelog for all the available colours. We can make specific colours on request shopuld you require any colour outside our existing catelog, please note this will take approximately 7-14 days to get the waist rapp to you.
